Diamond Wire Sawing
Diamond wire sawing is ideal when faced with removing, large heavily reinforced sections of concrete in restricted areas such as bridges, culverts and columns. The wire is positioned over the pulleys and fed through pre-drilled holes in the concrete that is being cut back over the drive pulley. The wire saw easily handles the thickest sections of all construction materials. The wire can be of almost any length and is joined by special crimps. Its cutting rate can exceed 1 sqm an hour and leaves straight smooth cuts with no damage to remaining structure.
